Fun + playful autumn wedding at Urban Daisy
A couple’s venue choice says a lot about them, so I knew Maria + Sam were going to be fun and laid back as soon as I heard they were getting married at Urban Daisy. The Minneapolis venue is the perfect combination of a clean white ceremony + dinner space that lends itself to just about any style of decor and a fun + playful, plant-filled room that often hosts the lighter portions of the day–cocktail hour + dance.
For their October wedding, we gave Maria + Sam plenty of color, blending the perfect autumnal shades of orange, burgundy, blush and rust, and highlighting the last of the season’s dahlias + eucalyptus. Velvet wedding party dresses added rich color and the venue’s many lush plant installations complemented the flowers beautifully.
